All financial transactions on the leo888 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). leo888 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at leo888's discretion.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are processed instantly. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically credited within the same business day. leo888 does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) business day. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.

• Verification Requirement: Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing. leo888 may request supporting documents to confirm your identity and the source of funds.
• Matched Payment Method: Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to technical availability.
• Pending Bonuses: Withdrawals may be restricted if you have active bonus funds with outstanding wagering requirements. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.
• Fraud Prevention: leo888 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

leo888 does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited into your account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from joint accounts or accounts belonging to another person are not permitted.

leo888 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

The following general conditions apply to all leo888 bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Cheating Software: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider after funds have been used for gaming.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward leo888 staff or other players through any communication channel.

leo888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct
• Failure to pass identity verification or age verification checks
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority
• Extended period of account inactivity (12 months or more with no login activity)

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and fraud checks.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with leo888 informally by contacting our support team. leo888 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice of the dispute.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within the specified period, either party may pursue formal legal remedies as permitted under Philippine law. Nothing in this section shall prevent leo888 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
